To meet participants’ needs for classes that prepare them to take foreign language proficiency tests such as the TOEFL® and IELTS™ (English), LBI FIB UI provides courses designed to upgrade the participants' foreign language skills and test taking strategies in order to enable them to do the test proficiently.

TOEFL® PAPER BASED PREPARATION

The main aim of each of the courses is to provide the students at intermediate level of English proficiency with the test taking strategies that will enable them to do TOEFL® tests well and achieve desirable scores. Through integrated skill practice, participants are to develop their critical thinking and communicative competence as well. In this approach, participants develop their academic skills in English while building test-taking confidence.

IELTS™ PREPARATION (Level 1, 2, 3)

This course is designed for people who need to upgrade their English language skills in order to take the IELTS™ test. Apart from training in the skill areas tested in the IELTS™, the participants will also receive training in test-taking strategies that will enable them to increase their scores significantly.

iBT® PREPARATION

For you who would have to take the iBT®, this course is for you. Held in our modern computer lab, this course will equip you not only with the skills necessary to take the test but also with the strategies. Our instructors experienced in teaching the iBT® will make sure you have proper and enough practice in doing the test.

CATATAN BAGI CALON PESERTA KURSUS iBT® :

·    Syarat masuk ke kelas iBT® yaitu mendapatkan nilai Placement Test minimal mendapat score TOEFL® 500 / setingkat TOEFL® PaperBased Level Lanjutan.

·         Calon peserta iBT® yang lolos hasil Placement Test silahkan langsung datang untuk Ujian Lisan sesuai dengan jadwal Ujian Lisan yang Anda isi pada Formulir Pendaftaran.

·         Calon peserta yang nilainya tidak mencukupi syarat masuk kelas iBT® akan langsung di terima di daftar kelas TOEFL® PaperBased (Level tergantung nilai Placement Test).
